Calcium Ascorbate – Unlike “regular” Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) which is extremely acidic and may cause gastric distress, calcium ascorbate—with a pH of 7.0-7.4—is commonly referred to as “neutral C,” buffered C,” or “non-acidic C”.
